Who we are

Terry Fox Elementary Home and School Association is a non-profit organization made up of parent volunteers.  Our mission is to enhance the children's educational experience through fundraising, activities and special projects.

Our priority is to help the kids get the most out of their elementary school years. One of our main focuses this year will be creating an outdoor classroom/biodiversity garden, among lots of other fun stuff. Here are a few of the things our volunteers organized for our school last year:

Pizza/TCBY lunches

Halloween Haunted House

Holiday movie, treats & magic show

Comedy Night for parents

End of year BBQ

 

If you're interested in getting involved or have any ideas to bring to the table, we're always looking to welcome new members! To join, there's a membership form to complete and a yearly $20 membership fee per family which goes to QFHSA (Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations), without which we would not exist. Even without a membership, any parent is still welcome to attend meetings as a non-voting member and/or to volunteer for as little or as much as you'd like!
